• Account Credentials: Email address, username, and encrypted authentication tokens.
• Career & Skill Data: Uploaded resume files (PDF/DOCX), target job titles, technical skills selected in Skill Matrix, and portfolio configurations.
• AI Evaluation Artifacts: Audio/text responses submitted during AI Mock Drills, code terminal drafts, and generated ATS resume score reports.
• Platform Usage Data: XP points, leaderboard rankings, and theme preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly to deliver, optimize, and secure PrepWise core capabilities:

• To generate real-time AI technical interview feedback and scoring metrics.
• To parse resume keywords and generate personalized ATS optimization reports.
• To maintain public standing on the PrepWise Global Leaderboard (usernames & XP only).
• To save your customized portfolios and skill progress across sessions.

3. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may request profile picture removal or execute permanent account termination directly inside your User Settings. Deleting your account instantly purges your resume files, Firestore user documents, and interview logs from our active databases.
